When you contact Anyclade by email, we receive the personal data you provide directly, which may include your name, email address, company, role and the contents of your message.

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical data needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic or security events.

We do not intentionally request special-category personal data through this website. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in an initial email unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.

We process enquiries and requested pre-contractual communications to take steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing personal data by email is voluntary. However, without the contact details and information needed to understand your request, we may be unable to respond or take the requested pre-contractual steps.

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The date shown at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel where required.
