Connect evidence. Build on everything you know.
Anyclade links genomes, experimental results and published evidence so each finding can inform related strains, new questions and what to test next.
How Anyclade uses published evidence on a reference strain to support functional assessment of the target strain.
- 01Publication
Publication 1 shows that plants inoculated with Reference strain 1 survive drought better.
- 02Mechanism
Its eps operon produces exopolysaccharides — the biofilm matrix that lets the strain colonize roots.
- 03Evidence
Without epsC, one of the operon’s 15 genes, the strain forms less biofilm and plants gain less drought tolerance.
- 04Inference
Strain X, similar to Reference strain 1, carries Operon X with the same 15 genes in the same order, so it may also colonize roots and improve plant drought tolerance.
